Complete the Residency Reclassification Application, and submit this supplement along with the appropriate signatures and required attachments to the appropriate office.  If you have not read the description of residency policies, you may want to do this before completing and submitting the form.

Non US Citizen Supplement Form


NOTE: Beginning with the Fall 2010 semester, the due date for receipt of the NC Residence and Tuition Status Application in the Office of the Provost along with all required documentation is by midnight of the 5th day of classes. For example, Fall 2010 classes begin on August 23, 2010, and the due date for Fall 2010 residency applications to be RECEIVED in the Office of the Provost is August 30, 2011 at midnight.
