If you wish to file a " Residence-and-Tuition Application Supplement for Non-U.S. Citizens," you can obtain an application form from the Office of the Provost, Mossman 201, or by calling the Office at 336-334-5494. You may also download the form using Adobe Acrobat.
Once you have completed the application, with the appropriate signatures and required attachments, please return it to the Office of the Provost.
