Residency Reclassification Application
Once you have completed the application, with the appropriate signatures and required attachments, please return it to the appropriate office (The University Registrar’s Office for undergraduates; The Graduate School for graduate students).
If you have not read the description of residency policies, you may want to do this before completing and submitting the form. If you have a question not answered from this source or need special assistance please contact the Dean of Students Office at 336-334-5514.
