Residence-and-Tuition Status Application
If you are ready to file a " Residence-and-Tuition Status Application," you can obtain an application form from the Office of the Provost, Mossman 201, or by calling the Office at 336-334-5494. You may also download the form below using Adobe Acrobat.
Once you have completed the application, with the appropriate signatures and required attachments, please return it to the Office of the Provost. If you have not read the description of residency policies, you may want to do this before completing and submitting the form.
