What's New
Moving onto campus this Fall?
August 17-August 23: Cardboard boxes make up the bulk of move-in waste; that is why the OWRR will be placing additional containers in front of each residence hall for collecting cardboard boxes for recycling. Please be sure the boxes are completely broken down and all Styrofoam and other packing materials are thrown in the trash. Your help in removing non-recyclable Styrofoam and plastic packing material from the boxes is greatly appreciated. Start your semester off right by recycling.
A Special Thanks
It is with grateful hearts the OWRR thanks Jenny Paige and Rachel Grant for all they did to make this department what it is today...

- Provide educational and technical assistance to staff, faculty, and students
- Initiate programs to facilitate waste prevention, recycling, resource conservation, and environmentally responsible purchasing
- Collaborate with all campus entities to achieve long term solutions to challenges
