Landfill on the Lawn
11am on Stone Building near College Ave.
Come and watch two dorms' trash dumpsters be hand sorted to find out how much of the waste could have been recycled.
April 19
Earth Day
All day long around College Ave and Foust Park come and see UNCG and community organizations that make a difference. Live music, goats, local produce and solar power make this annual event one not to be missed.
June 2
Cram and Scram Sale
This much anticipated sale has deals that can't be beat! For 50 cents an item, clothing, shoes, electronics and decorations that were donated by UNCG residence hall studenrs has something for everyone. This cash only sale will begin at 9am and last until 2pm in the Elliot University Center (EUC) Cone Ballroom. Parking will be available for free at Walker Parking Deck. All proceeds go towards environmental learning opportunities for the UNCG campus community. This sale is open to everyone, so tell your friends.

Shred-a-Thon
Have sensitive paper materials in your office that need to be securely recycled? This free event, set to take place from 9am to 3pm at Walker Circle area near the Jackson Library and EUC bus stop, has become a favorite of UNCG staff and faculty.
