Undergraduate Degrees & Degree Requirements UNCG offers six undergraduate degrees:
A bachelor's degree from UNCG is awarded to a student who has met the following requirements. These requirements apply to all undergraduate programs.
The College of Arts and Sciences and each of the six professional schools Joseph M. Bryan School of Business and Economics; Education; Health and Human Performance; Human Environmental Sciences; Music; Nursing have structured their individual degree programs to comply with this all-University degree framework. Students who are undecided about their major are considered to be enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences and should follow the College Requirements. Satisfying these requirements permits a student to pursue a major either in Arts and Sciences or in one of the professional schools. Studies leading to the baccalaureate degree are offered in the programs described in Academic Programs and Units.
The University reserves the right to make changes as required in course offerings, curricula, academic policies and other rules and regulations affecting students, to be effective whenever determined by the University. These changes will govern current and formerly enrolled students. Enrollment of all students is subject to these conditions. |
