Professional Certificates in the Professional certificates in the College of Arts and Sciences are designed for students who have already earned their baccalaureate degrees but who wish to expand their employment opportunities or acquire additional professional expertise. Professional certificates consist of approximately a 12–18 hour package of interdisciplinary course work that consists chiefly of introductory, foundational courses combined with some upper division courses. The College currently offers a Professional Certificate in Computer Programming (see Computer Science). For other post-baccalaureate certificates, see The Graduate School Bulletin. |
