Media Studies Minors

On a space available basis, the Department of Broadcasting and Cinema supports the following two minors:

Film & Television Studies Minor

1. Required courses (6 s.h.): BCN 100 and 101 or 102
2. Other courses (minimum 12 s.h.) from those listed below. Students wishing to complete the Film and Television Studies Minor must be officially registered with the Department of Broadcasting and Cinema for permission to enroll in some of the courses listed:
   
   BCN 101 or 102 (if not chosen for the core requirement), 203, 205, 225, 226, 301, 305, 322, 325, 326, 515, 525, 526, 527, 528

Radio Minor

1. Required courses (6 s.h.): BCN 100 and 102
2. Other courses (minimum 12 s.h.) from those listed below. Students wishing to complete the Radio Minor must be officially registered with the Department of Broadcasting and Cinema for permission to enroll in most of the courses listed: BCN 190, 273, 305, 322, 326, 341, 343, 361, 399, 473, 490, 526
