What is the deadline for ___________________?
It is the student's responsibility to be aware of important dates and deadlines. Check the UNCG Academic Calendars for important deadlines and events. The Academic Calendar is widely published in the semester Schedule of Courses, the Undergraduate/Graduate School Bulletins, the University Directory, and other printed materials. Read your e-Spartan e-mail frequently for announcements and reminders about deadlines. Check the semester Registration Calendar for registration and drop/add deadlines.
How do I find out my PIN? What should I do if I have forgotten my PIN?
If you are a new student, your PIN will be printed on your initial registration materials in your admission materials. Memorize this number; for security purposes, you will probably want to change your PIN after you login to UNCGenie for the first time.
Continuing students who have forgotten or disabled their PINs must call the ITS Service Desk at 256-TECH for assistance.
How do I change my PIN?
Once you have logged in to UNCGenie, click on "Personal Information" and then click on "Change PIN." Remember this new PIN as you will need it every time you go into UNCGenie. For security purposes, it is recommended that you change your PIN frequently.
