Classroom Request Form

Thank you for requesting your classroom or meeting space from the University Registrar's Office. To request a change in classroom assignment or to arrange space for lectures, workshops, seminars, and review sessions, you may submit this form to the University Registrar's Office or contact us by e-mail or telephone. Please be sure to complete all required fields in the form below, including exact dates and times the space is needed.

Reservations will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis, so it is recommended that you submit your information as early as possible. Reservations are strictly limited to UNCG departments/organizations and/or UNCG-sponsored events. Non-UNCG groups needing to reserve classroom space should contact the Division of Continual Learning (315-7044). UNCG student groups should contact Student Life (334-5800).
