Taking Courses Elsewhere

Undergraduate students who plan to take courses at another institution and intend to transfer the credits earned there to their UNCG academic records for graduation purposes, should have all transfer course work approved by the appropriate UNCG official prior to enrollment. Print and complete the Transfer Credit form (found at www.uncg.edu/reg/transfer/ TransferFormInstructions.html) and submit it to the University Registrar's Office, 180 Mossman Building, UNCG. Please stay in touch with the University Registrar's Office to ensure that all grades from the other institution are received by UNCG in a timely manner in order for those credits to be properly evaluated.
