About Jewish Studies:

The Jewish Studies Program at UNCG is housed in the Department of Religious Studies. We currently offer twelve courses on Jewish life, traditions, history, and texts. Each year, the Henry Samuel Levinson Lecture Series hosts public lectures by leading scholars in Jewish Studies that are open to the university community and the general public. In the near future, we hope to inaugurate a bi-annual conference on Jewish Studies.

The Jewish Studies Program at UNCG is supported by the Herman and Zelda Bernard Distinguished Professorship in Jewish Studies, the Henry Samuel Levinson Program Endowment in Jewish Studies, the Barbara Colchamiro Endowment in Jewish Studies, and the Judith Rosenstock Hyman Jewish Studies Program Fund.

For further information, please contact Pat Bowden in the Department of Religious Studies.
