A complete application package contains all of the following:
- The application itself--you may download a complete copy, formatted for MS Word or you may turn to our Internet Application and begin the process online.
- One (1) Academic Recommendation Form--[These are available here as Acrobat Forms--to be printed out, completed and returned to RC]
- One (1) Peer Recommendation Form--[These are available here as Acrobat Forms--to be printed out, completed and returned to RC]
- Personal Statement--Send us something personal that represents who you are, such as artwork, photos, some of your own writing, a video or cassette tape, etc. or describe an interesting day in your life. Please only send items that do not have to be returned.
