The Office of Research and Public/Private Sector Partnerships is located in 1601 Hall for Humanities and Research Administration at the corner of Spring Garden Street and Forest Street .
Parking Information:
Visitor parking is available at one of three parking decks, some surface lots or several metered spaces located around campus. Unless you have been instructed otherwise, we recommend visitors park in Oakland Avenue Parking Deck located at the intersection of Forest St . and Oakland Avenue . More information on visitor parking is available from the UNCG Parking Office at 336-334-5681 or on the Parking Office website.
The Oakland Deck is a non-attendant deck which requires cash payment ($1.00 per hour with a $5 a day maximum) for the cash machines to exit the deck. Visitors should take their parking ticket with them so to pay at the Pay-On-Foot machine on the way back to their car. The machine will only take cash or coin. After inserting the parking ticket and payment, the machine will issue a ticket to use at the gate to exit the deck. This ticket is valid for 15 minutes after payment .
The Hall for Humanities and Research Administration is located diagonally across Forest Street from the Oakland Deck. Visitors can enter the back of the building if coming from the deck but will need to come in by the second door (follow the sidewalk around to the middle of the building).

Driving Directions:
From the North and East ( Burlington , Raleigh/Durham, Richmond , VA ): From I-40/85, follow I-40/Business 85 towards Greensboro/Winston-Salem. Take the Freeman Mill Road/Coliseum Area exit, and turn right on Freeman Mill Rd. Turn left at the first stoplight onto Coliseum Boulevard . Follow for approximately 1.5 miles and turn right at third stoplight onto Spring Garden Street . Take a right onto Forest Street (first light after Yum-Yum's and Old Town Grill). Our building is located at this intersection with the front door facing the corner of Spring Garden and Forest . There may be street parking (up to 2 hours) along Forest Street , but if not or if you aren't comfortable parallel parking, go pass the building and park in the Oakland Avenue Parking Deck on the right ($1/hr). You can come in the back of the building if you are coming from the deck but you will need to come in by the second door (follow the sidewalk around to the middle of the building). From the South (Salisbury, Charlotte, Atlanta, GA): From I-85 North, follow Business 85 towards Greensboro, then take the Holden Road exit and turn right on Holden Road. Follow Holden for approximately 4.5 miles and turn right on Market Street . Follow Market Street for approximately 1.5 miles. Turn right on Aycock Street South . At the second stoplight, turn left on Spring Garden Street . Take a right onto Forest Street (first light after Yum-Yum's and Old Town Grill). Our building is located at this intersection with the front door facing the corner of Spring Garden and Forest . From the West ( Winston-Salem , Asheville , Knoxville , TN ): From I-40 East, take the Wendover Avenue East exit. Follow Wendover to the exit for Market Street (3.5 miles). Turn right on Market Street and follow for less than 1 mile. Turn right on Aycock Street South . At second stoplight, turn left on Spring Garden Street . Take a right onto Forest Street (first light after Yum-Yum's and Old Town Grill). Our building is located at this intersection with the front door facing the corner of Spring Garden and Forest . From the North on Highway 220 ( Eden , Martinsville , Roanoke , VA ): Highway 220 South becomes Battleground Avenue . Stay on Battleground until you cross the intersection of Cornwallis Drive . Immediately bear right on Westover Terrace. ( Battleground Avenue and Highway 220 will bear left.) Stay on Westover as it becomes Aycock Street . At the fifth stoplight turn left onto Spring Garden Street . Take a right onto Forest Street (first light after Yum-Yum's and Old Town Grill). Our building is located at this intersection with the front door facing the corner of Spring Garden and Forest . Stay on Westover as it becomes Aycock Street . Turn left at the fourth stoplight onto Spring Garden Street . Take a right onto Forest Street (first light after Yum-Yum's and Old Town Grill).
