Welcome to the North Carolina Entrepreneurship Center at UNCG! We are your portal between the university and the external community to provide expertise and resources in entrepreneurship. If you are thinking about starting an enterprise, have an idea you'd like to discuss or want to grow your business, please contact us.
Programs & Events
The North Carolina Entrepreneurship Center strives to bring programs to the university and community in general that are intended to INSPIRE people to think entrepreneurially, to EDUCATE through new kinds of learning outside the classroom. CONNECT nascent entrepreneurs with those who have been successful. These efforts help CREATE new career paths that allow people to follow their passions, either by helping existing companies grow or by creating their own companies or social ventures.
People
It takes knowledge and expertise from a multitude of backgrounds and experience to be successful in any venture, the boards, staff and volunteers of the NCEC are prepared to help you meet that networking requirement.
Resources
SCORE and the SBTDC are FREE resources for local entrepreneurs. They are both available by appointment only. To meet with representatives from SCORE or the SBTDC, please contact the North Carolina Entrepreneurship Center by emailing ncec@uncg.edu or call 336.256.8649.
