In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.), the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) invites the general public and Federal agencies to comment on the standard data elements that are being reviewed under emergency review procedures for use in complying with reporting requirements under section 1512 of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Public Law 111–5) (‘‘Recovery Act’’).
