Regular Faculty Research Grants and
Summer Excellence Research Grants Workshop

Primary Investigators (PIs) often need support to design projects or to gather pilot data necessary to obtain external support for research, scholarship, and creative activity. This workshop will explore how to apply for these internal sources of funding. Featured topics will include:

The workshops, presented by the Research Grants Committee and by the Office of Research and Public/Private Sector Partnerships, are open to UNCG tenure and tenure-track faculty. A workshop for faculty applying for New Faculty Grants will be held later this fall. The applications and guidelines can be found at http://www.uncg.edu/rsh/fundingopportunities.htm.
The submission deadline for the grant applications is no later than 5:00 PM, September 30, 2008 (last working day of the month).
Workshop preregistration is required by
