Lloyd Douglas has responsibility for all pre-award grant and contract management activities and non-fiscal post-award management in the departments he serves. This includes working with faculty and staff to develop and conceptualize sponsored projects, identify and research potential sponsors, obtain applications and guidelines, shape proposals, and submit materials to sponsors in either hard copy or a variety of electronic formats. As Associate Director, he assists the Director of OSP in the formulation of OSP policies and procedures.
