NIH: Preparing Grants.gov Applications to the NIH
What: Program participants will be introduced to the NIH electronic submission Process, walk through the
SF424 (R&R) application and review lessons learned during the first years of NIH Grants.gov
submissions. Discussion of the transition from Pure Edge forms to Adobe forms. Participants will have
wireless access and are invited to bring a laptop for hands-on access and assistance during the
program. Participants should contact Ms. Tisha Wallace to assure registration in the NIH eRA
Commons prior to the workshop.

RAMSeS/Proposal Dashboard Workshop (register)
RAMSeS: Research Administration Management System & eSubmission is the electronic replacement system for the paper based “Green Folder” internal proposal routing process used in the OSP. All proposals will be routed electronically. In this training session you will become familiar with the functionalities of the new system, how to navigate the system and learn how it will help you prepare and process research administration information.
Training will include:
- RAMSeS and the Proposal Dashboard
- eIPF new features
- electronic routing process and approval
- PI Certification of the IPF
