The Hotel and Restaurant Management Concentration prepares students to handle multiple facets of hotel and food operations. These include human resources, accounting, planning and marketing functions, as well as catering, meetings and events. The degree requirements balance core program classes with over 600 hours of work experience, internships and industry projects. Students complete a business minor as an integral part of this concentration.Please visit the Undergraduate Bulletin for a list of requirements and a link to descriptions of HTM courses.
