Your Summer in Taiwan, Macau, and Hong Kong

HTM 245: Cross-Cultural Study Tour in Hospitality & Tourism

(6 credits) (Global) Students will experience 3 distinct cultures in Asia and explore leadership styles, business strategies, cultural and hospitality traditions internationally. The destinations of the 2010 program are Taiwan, Macau, and Hong Kong. This study tour will be led by Drs. Jerrie Hsieh and Bonnie Canziani.

Program Schedule

  • May 17 & 18, 2010: Pre-departure Seminar
  • May 19 (Depart from Greensboro) -June 4, 2010: 14-Day Study Tour
  • June 9, 2010: Post Trip Debriefing

Estimated Program Cost: $ 3,250** (excluding airfare)

  • Tuition for 6 UNCG credit hours (GL)
