Simple Pleasures Manual
The Simple Pleasures research team investigated the effects of 30 handmade recreational items on the behavior of nursing home residents with dementia. Twenty-three items were found therapeutically valuable in nursing home use. The Simple Pleasures manual includes instructions for building and directions for using these items.

The purpose of the RTH Student Club is to encourage participation in career programs offered by RTH, to promote professionalism among students, to provide opportunities for professional development, to create an awareness of RTH through public relations, and to provide and encourage members to professionally and successfully use and receive contacts in the RTH field.
UNCG's NSMH chapter was formed to build and maintain relationships between professors, students, and hospitality professionals in ways that encourage involvement in the organization, University, and community. NSMH is a national organization with chapters all across the United States.
