COACHING THE VAN DRIVER COURSE
(HOVs)

The Office of Safety has added this new course for university employees in accordance with the University High Occupancy Vans (HOVs) Policy which may be found @ http://www.uncg.edu/apl/POLICIES/HOV.htm. The course addresses the risks associated with operating HOVs which are defined as vehicles designed to carry eight or more persons, except vehicles requiring a Commercial Drivers License. The course utilizes curriculum from the National Safety Council. If you are required by your duties to operate such a vehicle, please sign-up by contacting the Safety Training Coordinator, Todd Beck @ 256-1104.
