Comments, Complaints, or Congratulations
If you have a comment or complaint about the servcies offered at the Student Health Services, you can either fill out the form below,or contact Keith McCrary, Associate Director at 334-3147 or klmccrar@uncg.edu. Keith will insure that you receive a response to your issue, and that your concerns are directed to the appropriate staff member.
Everyone likes to hear when they do a good job. If you would like to offer congratulations or a thank you to a particular staff person for a job well done, you may either fill out the form below, or contact Keith or the staff person directly. When contacted, Keith will see to it that the staff person and their supervisor are informed of your thanks. Should you desire, you can ask to withhold your name and Keith will honor your request for confidentiality.
