Please contact Keith McCrary, Associate Director at 334-3147 or klmccrar@uncg.edu if you have any comments, concerns, or complaints about the services offered at the Student Health Center. He will insure that you receive a response to your issue. If you wish to make a formal complaint regarding the services you received from the Student Health Center, a copy of the Complaint Form is linked on this web page. Keith will make sure the complaint is directed to the appropriate staff and that you receive a response.
Everyone likes to hear when they do a good job. If you would like to offer congratulations or a thank you to a particular staff person for a job well done, you may contact Keith or the staff person directly. When contacted, Keith will see to it that the staff person and their supervisor are informed of your thanks. Should you desire, you can ask to withhold your name and Keith will honor your request for confidentiality.
