Setting Up Your Account
All students enrolled in the campus endorsed insurance plan must set up their account online. This is the first step to getting information and managing your Pearce & Pearce insurance needs on-line, including:

- Printing Temporary ID Card
- Benefits (Plan Summary)
- How To Use Your Plan
- Co-pays And Deductibles
- Pre-Authorization Or Pre-Notification

Follow these steps to set up you Pearce & Pearce on-line account:
- Go to the Pearce & Pearce website for UNCG.
- Choose "Enrollment" from the left-hand menu. Select "Spring 2010" as the "Semester". Click "Go".
- Read over "Important Information" and select the box and click "Mandatory Plan".
- The next page asks students to input their student ID, lastname, date of birth, and e-mail address. Then they choose a password with 6-12 characters, including at least 1 upper case letter, 1 lower case letter and 1 number. Students enter the chosen password twice to confirm their choice, then click on the button "Create Account".
- The next screen asks for the zip code on file with Pearce & Pearce as an additional security check. This will be the zip code where your insurance ID card was mailed.
- Once your request is processed, you can login to your online account, print a temporary ID card, check on claims in process and change your profile as needed.
