Setting Up Your Account
All students enrolled in the campus endorsed insurance plan must set up their account online. This is the first step to getting information and managing your Pearce & Pearce insurance needs on-line, including:
- Online Claim Info
- Printing Temporary ID Card
- Benefits (Plan Summary)
- How To Use Your Plan
- Co-pays And Deductibles
- Pre-Authorization Or Pre-Notification
- Insurance Definitions
- How To File A Claim
- How To Read An EOB
- Medcost Network Provider Search
- Insurance Contact Information
- Go to the Pearce & Pearce website for UNCG.
- Choose “Hard-Waiver Enrollment” from the left-hand menu.
- Read over “Important Information” and select the box and click “Mandatory Plan”.
- The next page asks students to input their university ID, lastname, date of birth, and e-mail address. Then they choose a password with 6-12 characters, including at least 1 upper case letter, 1 lower case letter and 1 number. Students must enter the chosen password twice to confirm their choice. Enter your current mailing address and university class standing.
- Click on the button “Next”.
- Read through and answer the remaining questions.
- Before Confirming your ENROLLMENT please read over the imformation to ensure accuracy and then click “Confirm” to complete the enrollment process.
- Once your request is processed, you can login to your online account, print a temporary ID card, check on claims in process and update your profile as needed.
