Diane Hawes, M.D.
Associate Physician, Student Health Services
Dr. Diane Hawes joined Student Health Services in February 2005. Prior to her arrival, she worked as an Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at Wake Forest University School of Medicine. She started her career in a private practice Family Medicine group. In addition to working as an Associate Physician at UNCG Student Health Services, she is also a Clinical Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at Wake Forest School of Medicine.
Dr. Hawes earned her B.A. in psychology at the University of Virginia. She also received her MD degree at UVA.
In her spare time, Dr Hawes enjoys aerobic exercise, biking, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
