Jeanne Irwin-Olson, M.Ed.

Jeanne Irwin-Olson has been a health education professional at UNCG Student Health Services for 14 years. She graduated cum laude with a degree in Women’s Studies from Appalachian State University in 1992 and received a Masters Degree in Public Health Education from UNCG in 1995. Jeanne serves on the Coordinating Council for the UNCG Department of Women and Gender Studies and is an occasional lecturer for the Department of Public Health Education and Warren Ashby Residential College. Jeanne serves as a member of the Family Life Council’s Wise Guys Advisory Committee and in an advisory role to several other community organizations including the Greensboro Mental Health Association and the Guilford County Coalition on Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention. Jeanne serves on the North Carolina Board of Registry for Health Education Credentialing and is a member of the board of directors for the Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention Campaign of North Carolina.
