A Survivor’s Story - Breast Cancer Speaker

Breast cancer is the second most common type of cancer in the world today. While survival rates among women and men are the same, women are 100 times more likely to develop breast cancer. It was one of the leading causes of death worldwide in 2004, accounting for 1 out of every 100 deaths.

However, there is hope. We invite you to join us as local breast cancer survivor Janet Hendley shares her story. Learn more about this disease, how it impacts all of us, and how, together, we can fight against it.
