The Changeling

When single mother Christine Collins (Angelina Jolie) reports her 9-year-old son, Walter, missing, the LAPD begins a search for the child. Five months later, a boy matching Walter’s description is found. In a highly public move, the LAPD present the child to Collins. However, Collins is certain the child is not her son.

Collins is arrested and committed to a mental institution. What follows is the nightmarish account of the true story of one woman’s determination to find out the truth about her son and bring to light the corruption of the LAPD.
