Any UNCG affiliated individual or organization can complete the online Wellness Program Request Form to request a program.

If you would like a disability-related accommodation for attending our programs, please send us a request.

NOTE:

• Minimum Attendance: Please plan to have at least 15 people in attendance at your program.
• Program Requests must be made at least two weeks prior to program date.
• All programs must be confirmed by The Wellness Center. You will recieve a Confirmation within two weeks before a program.
