Reflections

This nationally-recognized body image program is specifcally designed for college-age women, and has been proven to prevent the onset of disorder eating behaviors. Reflections is a 4-hour workshop (over 2 days) and is most successful when delivered to a cohesive group (ie. sorority, team, organization). A minimum of 6 and maximum of 12 participants is required.
