Sexual Assault is any sexual activity undertaken without consent, when the victim is incapable of giving consent, or when forced by use of threats, intimidation, physical restraint or physical violence.
Hate Violence is speech or behavior directed against a person or group based on personal characteristics. People might singled out because of their race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, religion, nationality, age, disability or class.
