Examine Your Breast

Women should examine their breasts once a month. The best time of the month is right after your menses. Before the menses your breasts are more cystic and tender.

By checking your breasts monthly, you’ll become more familiar with your own breasts and notice any changes.

Changes could be indicative of cancer and the earlier you detect cancer the better chance there is for a cure.
