Highlights of Services and Events
Piedmont Young Writers' Conference: Over 600 children throughout the Piedmont participate in the Piedmont Young Writers’ Conference each spring. The conference brings together children, kindergarten through eighth grade, from public and private schools comprising the Piedmont School Districts.
Children's Festival and Health Celebration: Over 1,500 children and their families attend the Children's Festival and Health Celebration each fall. Held in conjunction with UNCG's FallFest, the event is free and showcases more than 100 educational and recreational activities for children and families. Participants also have the opportunity to learn about various services available for families and children in the Triad community.
