The enclosed form outlines procedures on how to change a Master's Degree (or track) within   the same program area.

 M.F.A. programs are excluded from changing degrees or tracks within the same area.   The top part of the form is to be filled

out by the student, the middle part is to be filled out and approved by the Department, and the bottom part of the form is to be

filled out and approved by the Associate Dean of the Graduate School.
