All full-time teaching faculty are required to complete a faculty assignment form at the onset of each academicyear.  The form is to be completed in consultation with the department chair.  It outlines key features of the facultymember's teaching load and other assignments for the academic year.  The Faculty Assignment Form and theprocedures associated with it reflect concern for both equity and accountability.  The form provides a point ofdeparture for discussions between department chairs and faculty members.
