Application for NC TEACH Undergraduate Program
UNCG offers Undergraduate Licensure-Only programs that lead to initial licensure in the six teaching areas. For a complete list, with required GPAs, go to the Undergraduate Admissions Web site.

Application Process
Undergraduate program candidates must complete an Alternative Licensure Application following the steps below:
- Download directions for completing the application.
- After reading directions for completing the application, download and print an application or pick up an application at the Office of Student Services.
- Download the NC Residency Questionaire for information concerning residency.
- Applicants must also submit official college university transcripts.
The application and all supporting documents should be sent to:
