Mentoring

Deans, heads of departments, and professors, whose books, research, and creative endeavors enjoy international recognition, serve as mentors to Teaching Fellows and regularly teach freshmen and sophomores. At the Chancellor's Reception in February, Teaching Fellows met with faculty, staff, and administration mentors from all over campus. This unflagging attention to undergraduates, in the presence of a number of nationally prominent graduate programs, sets UNCG apart from institutions of similar size.
