Mrs. Linda Danford (Classical Studies) is the Director of Strong College. She is responsible for the College’s overall administration and representing Strong College to the University at large. Mrs. Danford was a useful member of society until she discovered the game of Snood. She also likes old sappy movies and plays a mean game of bridge. | Dr. Hope H. Hodgkins (English) is the Senior Fellow and Admissions Director of Strong College. She processes all applications before review by the Admissions Committee and sends out all letters of acceptance. Dr. Hodgkins teaches a broad range of courses in European literature and is currently working on the letters and mythos of Daniel Boone. She can also explain what “literary high modernism” if you’re interested. | Lauren MacKinnnon (Philosophy) is the Residential College Coordinator of Strong College, which is a fancy university way of saying she runs the day-to-day operations of the program. Lauren spent her undergraduate years as a Religion major at Catholic University of America and received her MA from the University of Virginia where her special field was the History of Christian Ethics.
