ECO holds elections in the fall of every year. Officially ECO has:

            These individuals share the primary leadership role within the organization by alternating facilitating meetings and sharing the workload.

            This individual keeps the budget and spending of the organization in order. This person is responsible for requesting the new budget from the UNCG Student Government Association each year.

            This person coordinates and organizes official ECO actions such as protests, tables, and events.

            This person or person is responsible for attending Student Government meetings which are held every Tuesday at 7pm in the Claxton Rm of the EUC. This is our official delegate to this assembly and attendance of this person is mandatory.

            This person is our official contact with the media. This individual also coordinates the publicity for an event.

             This person is responsible for taking informal minutes at business meetings and maintaining a list of active members. In the spring, they are also responsible for preparing the Annual Report for SGA.
