In order to become an active member of ELITE, one must:


1. Have a minimum GPA of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale
2. Complete an application.
3. Complete an interview with select members of the Executive Board

All members are required to attend bi-weekly meetings, community service events and monthly lecture.
