The President is the chief executive officer of the GSA, charged to maintain affiliation with UNCG, meet regularly with the Dean of the Graduate School and all GSA delegates to coordinate the activities of the GSA, report to the GSA legislature on his or her activities and all items of interest, maintain records and office space, call and chair meetings of the Executive Board, hold weekly office hours and assist the vice presidents in their duties.

The VP-Programming is the chief operations officer of the GSA, charged to serve as president pro tempore in the absence of the President, call meetings, reserve meeting space and makes all other necessary arrangements, work with other leaders, representatives and delegates to set each meeting's agenda, chair meetings, post agendas and minutes, and hold weekly office hours.

The VP-Finance is the chief financial officer of the GSA, charged with responsibility for all financial activity; to write, amend, and interpret all financial policy; process PDF/TDF applications; maintain financial records; and hold weekly office hours.
Rae Ann DeRosse, Vice President of Public Relations

The VP-Public Relations is the chief information officer of the GSA, charged to solicit the appointment of representatives from the directors of graduate study, maintain records of attendance, appoint and maintain records of delegates, plan and coordinate all social or informational gatherings, and seek out ways to publicize the activities of the GSA.
