Leadership Team!
The Wesley-Luther Leadership Team meets weekly to plan out and organize programs, as well as to ensure the maintenance and progression of our organization.
The Leadership Team is selected at the end of the Spring Semester for the following academic year.

The Leadership Covenant is:
Leadership comes in many different forms. Wesley Luther Campus Ministry leaders have a strong desire to be involved. They are committed members who accept and welcome all others. The team communicates and cares about all Wesley Luther members.
The following are some specific responsibilities:
- attend Monday night WL meetings and Leadership Team meetings
- attend WL retreats and Leadership Team retreats (WL weekend Fall and Spring Retreats; Leadership Team Day or Overnight retreats in August, January and May)
- attend required Student Organization events (i.e. Reaffiliation meetings)
- brainstorm and plan weekly meetings and special events
- lead programs on occasion
- help provide publicity
- recruit new members and maintain contact with current members
- pray on a regular basis for WL ministry
- commitment to the entirety of WL ministry (WL is more than something that happens just once a week.)
