The council will consist of three (3) student and three (3) non-student members. The members will be nominated and voted on by the remaining general body. The council, as a whole, is considered part of the executive board.
The Head Officers and the Council will work together at all times. All decisions will be made and/or approved by both groups. This relationship creates the Executive Board.
To remove a council member the member can petition the President and/or Vice President in written form. This petition will be discussed between the two officers and addressed at the following meeting. In the event that a council is present, the remaining council members will preside and under the President and Vice President, decide the course of action.
Wiccan Pagan Student Association shall meet weekly if needed. The President with information of the general body will decide when and where the meeting will be held. The President holds the right to cancel a meeting if one is not necessary.
