About Us
Youth Taking Charge (YTC) at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro exists for the sole purpose of providing the UNCG student body with Enlightenment, Direction, and an overall Understanding of the Lordship of Jesus Christ by knowledge gained through Biblical studies and application.
The mission of YTC is to Worship God, provide the UNCG student body with an in depth knowledge of the love of Christ and His purpose and will for our lives; and to provide young adults living for Christ with a supportive environment conducive to both spiritual maturity and growth.
Outreach
Team Leader: Tyra Willoughby
Purpose: To effectively become involved in the community and spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ by showing love and compassion for others in our community.
Vision: To plan different volunteer and community service events for the body to be involved in for the spreading of the good news. To lead prayer evangelism throughout the campus, praying that God will bestow his blessing over every area of our campus. To lead by example showing compassion and love to all we encounter.

Inreach
Team Leader: Leadership Board
Purpose: To provide Christian support, encouragement, and love to all members of the YTC family.
Vision: To effectively and lovingly provide the best care for our YTC family. This vision is carried out by:
Showing true Christian love; ushering members to their seats to provide places for all; celebrating birthdays for the fearfully and wonderfully made individuals of our body; showing our appreciation to guest speakers and sponsors with thank you notes and gifts; sending out daily devotional emails to all members for encouragement; visiting the sick and shut-in among us providing care and comfort; contacting and getting to know new members and visitors; and brainstorming and planning great interactive ways of getting to know each individual attached to the body of Christ.

Praise & Worship
Team Leader: Chris Graves
Purpose: To usher in the presence of God as a daily lifestyle through living in the spirit and the truth of Christ as Lord, Savior, and King.
Vision: To impart to the body a longing and desire to seek a closer relationship with God. We are breaking down the traditional walls of worshipping God in song under vain motives. Our heart's desire is to develop creative worship songs from the heart, operate prophetically through the anointing and power of the Holy Spirit, and saturate our atmosphere and climate to the extent that God will rain down His spirit. His spirit will then draw the lost, broken hearted, and captive so that He may be glorified in our lives.

Finance Team
Team Leader: Leadership Board
Purpose: To effectively activate God's power over our life to prosper and meet all financial needs and obligations of the ministry and the kingdom of God.
Vision: To be a greater example of Christ, for the world, through God's anointing and promises for wealth (prosperity activated in our ministry and life). To see every member operating in financial wisdom (inclusive of being dept free, prosperous, and successful). Specifically, we desire that we will have millionaires coming out of college with testimonies of faith using wealth as an access key to accomplish God's will. And to develop innovative business ideas that will greatly prosper us to be a blessing to the ministry.

Marketing/Technical Support Team
Team Leader: Taisa Willoughby
Purpose: To provide visual representation for YTC in a Christ-like manner.
Vision: To provide effective and excellent visual information through the following areas:
Updating and maintaining the YTC website; sending out announcements that pertain th special events; and designing all flyers for YTC events.

P 31 (Sisterhood in Christ)
Team Leaders: Janean Bryant & Fikre Debela
Purpose: The sole purpose of P:31 is to see each lady grow to her maximum potential in Christ. We desire to see each lady not only grow spiritually, but emotionally, socially close to her fellow sisters. We furthermore, desire to see each lady discover her purpose identify and exercise her gifts and talents that are to be used for the glory of God.
Mission: Women’s Fellowship provides an opportunity to build, maintain, and secure relationships among fellow women of God. It is a sisterhood where women of all shades, shapes, and sizes are welcomed and embraced with open arms. It is a place to discuss and carry out the will of God. This will also be a place to share everyday issues that women deal with on a regular basis. It is a circle of sisters that will not only grow and empower the individual woman, but also collectively strengthen the sisterhood.

Purpose: To unite brothers together in fellowship
Vision: To grow in the true lifestyle of Jesus Christ as the men that God created us to be.

Administration
Team Leaders: Nicole Griffin
Purpose: To keep YTC running smoothly in decency and in order according to the word of God.
Vision: To exemplify a spirit of excellence in all tasks, organization, and operation functions of the ministry. This vision is carried out by:
Making all necessary copies and flyers for the ministry; sending out weekly announcements of upcoming events; keeping an accurate attendance of membership at all events; organizing and filing all ministry/organization paperwork; designing calendars of events monthly and yearly for YTC; contacting guest speakers; updating and designing YTC website; recording salvation/rededication information, membership profiles, and senior bios.
