Joint Masters of Social Work Program Director
The Director, who reports to the Department Chairs, will be an innovative, dynamic, and entrepreneurial leader who will promote excellence and creative thinking within the program. The Director should provide leadership and direction to the faculty, staff, and students while motivating and inspiring them to reach beyond traditional responsibilities and ways of thinking to reach a common goal for the program. Minimum Qualifications: MSW and a Ph.D. in social work or a related field; previous graduate level teaching experience in social work education; previous experience in academic administration; excellent interpersonal skills; and a record of scholarship and external funding appropriate for appointment at the rank of Associate or Full Professor. Experience with CSWE accreditation standards and procedures are preferred. The positions is available Fall 2013.
