Melissa Floyd-Pickard, Associate Professor

Melissa Floyd-Pickard completed her Ph.D. at Virginia Commonwealth University. She is the Director of the BSW Program.


Her research interests are :

• Practice with people who have serious mental illness,
• issues in family substance abuse recovery,
• innovative alternatives to involuntary treatment,
• professional dissonance in social work practice.
