Historic Costume Collection
MISSION

mission of the Historic Costume Collection is threefold. First

Second, it is a research tool for use by students, faculty,
scholars, and the industry members interested in the study of
dress in history. Third, although it is not a collection for

of sharing knowledge of historic dress with members of the broader
community.
