Profile

Minita is a lecturer in the Consumer Apparel and Retail Studies Department at the University of North Carolina, Greensboro. She earned her bachelors in commerce ( B. Com) from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics in Bombay, India and her MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies in Bombay, India. After which she worked for Leo Burnett as a Senior Account Exective handing clients such as Hallmark, Hitachi, and Heinz.

She graduated from University of Arizona with her MS in Retailing and Consumer Sciences after which she worked with Walgreens and Wal-Mart in operations .

As a graduate student at University of Arizona, Minita was the recipient of the Graduate Student Research Project Funding Award for the Retailingand Consumer Sciences Division. And has won several awards during her undergraduate years in her college including the prestigious Ajit Datar Award for excellence in organization and academics.
