In this highly interactive session, participants will:
- Explore the role of teacher leaders in impacting teaching and learning through mentoring others
- Reflect on values and beliefs about mentoring
- Assess their school's context for effective mentoring
- Explore the impact of mentoring on teacher succss and retention
- Develop a perspective on adult development
- Refresh communication skills vital to being a teacher leader
Space is limited to the first 125 registrants. Please register early.
Participants will be eligible to receive 1.8 CEU's, but please get prior approval from your school district.
