Joshua Purvis

MFA Acting                                 

Joshua Purvis is a second year MFA Acting student who hails from Laurinburg, NC. After receiving his BFA in Theatre Ed. from UNCG in 2000, he taught for four years at Myers Park HS in Charlotte. He has recently performed in URINETOWN, THE FOREIGNER, BROTHER WOLF, UNCLE ULYSSES AND THE MYTHIC SWORD, and THE MATCHMAKER. He is honored to be a part of this program and the Fall 2006 MACBETH ensemble.
